Express KCS Inc is an US based Ad Production outsourcing agency. News Paper advertisement production of for various newspaper groups in US and Europe (McClatchy Group, News Quest group) is handled by Express KCS in its India based production centers. ATM is used by the clients to send the Jobs to ExpressKCS production centers. Once the production is over ATM transfers the jobs back to the systems of Clients for further processing.
The product was developed using Java, HTML and Javascript. A scheduled task will periodically scan the FTP folders of the client and fetched any Job placed by client. It will check the publishing schedule with information kept in DAAG (Deadlines at a glance – A module of ATM which stores the deadline rulesof the publication) and automatically calculated the deadlines for the Job and places it in ATM. The operators of ATM will build advertisement and uploads it back to ATM which will be send to the client’s server.
